This beautiful and spacious vacation residence is situated in a brand new luxury condo complex just a short walk from Canmore's downtown, and on the doorstep of Banff National Park & Kananaskis Country.

Your vacation condo is luxuriously appointed with natural elements throughout : wood, stone, leather and natural cork flooring. Your every need is catered for with nine appliances and quality cookware to satisfy even the most discerning of cooks and dedicated wine coolers for wine lovers.

The spacious open dining and lounge area provides a great space for entertaining with a 42" TV, i pod/CD stereo, fireplace, dining suite and access to the balcony. The lounge also includes a double sofa bed.

Each bedroom is furnished with a King or Queen sized bed with sumptuous mattresses and bedding, abundant closet storage and radio/alarm. There is also a warming fireplace & 32" plasma TV in one of the bedrooms.

The king bedroom can be configured as 2 x twin beds if required. Both bathrooms are ensuite with walk-in aqua therapy showers and artist inspired fossil inlaid concrete counter tops ... enjoy a luxury spa-like experience! There is abundant storage space throughout, together with a utility room providing a washer and dryer.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

We will always try to be understanding of your situation if you need to cancel. Please do however appreciate and acknowledge our standard cancellation terms as detailed below :

Our Luxury Residences in Canmore :
For our luxury residences in Canmore we are able to offer full refunds (less a 10% fee to cover administration and credit card fees) for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival (excluding Christmas / New Year bookings which require a minimum of 45 days notice of cancellation).

All other Properties :
Cancellations made greater then 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a 10% fee to cover administration and credit card fees.

Any reservation* canceled within 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund less 25% of the rental amount. *For Holiday Season (Christmas & New Year) bookings no refund will be issued for cancellations within 30 days.
Deposit Policy

A reservation deposit of 25% of full rental amount is required for all bookings. Full payment (or balance after reservation deposit) is required 60 days prior to arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $500 is required at least 7 days before your arrival date. This will be taken as an authorization on your credit card, this will be reversed / credited one week after your departure, once our cleaning service has verified that there is no damage and no excessive cleaning needed. (For Canmore & Mt Tremblant Properties all that is required is for the renter to present their card to reception upon arrival for a pre authorization).

The renter agrees to forfeit all, or part (a detailed description of monies due will be provided) of the damage deposit if any of the following agreement is breeched during my/our stay at the above property.

1. if pets are discovered to have been in the condo (unless the property allocated is designated pet friendly).
2. if smoking has been noticed in the condo or on the balconies or decks.
3. if the maximum occupancy limit has been exceeded without prior written permission.
4. if there are any complaints from the property management company regarding my/our conduct while in the condo. For the comfort of other guests loud noise or music should not continue past 11pm
5. if the condo has been discovered to be left unlocked at any time.
6. if there is an excessive amount of cleaning to be done following my/our visit, by the owners cleaning service. Other than laundry and obvious cleaning, the condo, contents of cupboards, furniture and other articles belonging to the condo, should be left as they were found upon my/our arrival. Please therefore ensure kitchen area is tidy and all kitchen utensils, plates, saucepans etc are put on wash cycle in dish washer.
7. if there is any damage to walls, furniture, fixtures, appliances, towels or sheets, a bill will be provided and this total will be deducted from the damage deposit

The renter understands and agrees that if rules 1-4 are broken, the renter and group will be required to leave immediately, forfeiting our allotted time, rent paid and there will be a $500 charge. In addition the total replacement cost of any damaged or broken items that exceeds the damage deposit value will be invoiced to and charged to the renters credit card.

We stayed in this condo for a weekend. There is 24 hour check in service which is fantastic because we got in close to 10pm on friday night. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly! The condo itself was amazing. It was minutes away from downtown Canmore. The place smelled new still...had everything you could possibly need from linen to bathroom supplies to cleaning supplies to en-suite laundry to a fully stocked kitchen with brand spanking new & top of the line appliances. There was a nice open area 2 minutes from the condo with gas BBQ facilities. There was wi-fi, i-pod docks with sound system, and cable TV. The only thing we truly needed to supply was our food!! Truly a home away from home...

outstanding weekend : Seven friends and i went to Canmore for the weekend for a curling bonspeil. We rented 2 condos and it could not have worked out better. Everything from check in to check out was outstanding. The location, underground parking and all the amenities were truley 1st class. The staff had the condos set up so each of us had his own bed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there was nothing that we needed that was not there. I would highly recommend MWL luxury rentals to anyone wanting a great gettaway to a gorgeous part of the world. We will be back.

We just came back from a 5 night stay and what a pleasure it was! There were 4 of us (2 couples in our 40's) The condo was beautiful, clean and modern. The beds were sooo comfy and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessities. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right in the town of Canmore, which was great and it was just a short 20 minute drive to Banff. We ski/snowboarded at three local mountains- Norquay, Sunshine and Lake Louise- all fabulous. We hope to visit again in the future and will definitely recommend this place to everyone! Thank you in helping us make our vacation a great one!

Can't say enough about this wonderful condo. Everything about it was top notch! High end everything, from the silver ware and cookware in the kitchen (definitely a gourmet kitchen) to the leather couches and flat screen tvs. No expense spared on anything, even the throws were heavy and plush! The condo was very tastefully decorated (btw the paint in the tv room isn't the bright red that it looks on the website, more a soft brick red) with cork floors, neutral back to nature colors throughout, nice white bedding and very comfortable beds. It was very cozy, yet roomy for our family of 5 and we would definitely stay there again.

We "discovered" Canmore on our recent trip to the Canadian Rockies. We used this location as our base of operations for exploring Banff and the surrounding area. We loved the size and casual nature of Canmore. It is only 22km from Banff but is much less crowded and more reasonably priced. We happened to be there for the Canmore annual Folk and World Music Festival which was an unexpected bonus. The condo we rented for the week was great with beautiful views of the mountains. We tend to eat breakfast and dinner in and the gourmet kitchen made this a pleasure. This is where we'll stay on our next trip to the Banff/Jasper National Parks.

You could not find a more special place to stay in the Banff area.

We stayed in this condo in Canmore in July 2011 as we were traveling with our friends. We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect with its two bedroom suites. The beds were so comfortable. This condo is beautiful in every way We loved the amazing kitchen and bathrooms. Looking out of the windows we could see the three sisters mountains. We used this as a base for our travels around the Banff area. We would definitely stay here again. I recommend it without reservation.

The condo we stayed in was everything we had hoped it would be. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking!! We spent a lot of time just gazing at the unobstructed view of the mountains. The layout of the condo suited us perfectly. The beds were extremely comfortable and with the 2 bedrooms being at opposite corners of the condo, everyone had their own space & privacy. The service we received from Mike, the owner, was superb. He answered all our emails (and there were many), promptly and efficiently. He accommodated our requests when asking for particular things in a condo We wouldn't hesitate to rent another condo from Mike because we know he only wants the best for those who stay in his condo(s). Thanks once again Mike for everything!

We stayed in this condo on the weekend of September 27th and were blown away with the quality of service, ammenities and location. A couple joined us for a weekend in Canmore and Golf in Kanaskis. The one item we absolutely needed was high speed wireless as their was a very important Hockey Pool online that the boys needed to attend. Mike ( owner ) ensured that the wireless was installed, working and left simple instructions for connecting. The connection was PERFECT! We were greated by the property manager and owner on the first night we arrived who both went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The property manager even suggested a few restaurants to go to for Friday evening and we took his suggestion and had a very enjoyable dinner at Tapa's. The property was beautiful and had all the upgraded ammenities that you could ask for. We spent all Saturday in downtown Canmore and really appreciated the proximity of the condo to downtown ( very short drive or 20 minute walk ). We will definately try and book here each and everytime we escape the City ( Calgary ) for a weekend or longer.
