This Sullivan Stone Lodge Mountain View Condo provides the finest in mountain living! It is complete with spectacular vista - kissed windows overlooking the Rocky Mountains, 2 spacious decks, a private full size 8 person hot tub, and a private drive in / walk in heated garage. This condo has 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms and a pull out queen sofa bed in the living area. This condo is ideal for large families or groups of friends and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons!

The condo is well appointed throughout with everything you can dream of including hardwood and tile flooring, underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms, a kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, all utensils, thoughtfully designed with lots of work space, and a large kitchen bar with 4 stools. The spacious open plan lounge and dining area includes a large table and 6 chairs making this a great place for entertaining. The lounge is complimented with a stone gas fireplace and large TV with DVD and surround sound theatre system. There are 2 spacious outside decks, one with a BBQ and the other with your own personal full size 8 person hot tub which allows you to soak and watch everyone else on the ski hill!

Cancellation Policy

We will always try to be understanding of your situation if you need to cancel. Please do however appreciate and acknowledge our standard cancellation terms as detailed below :

Our Luxury Residences in Canmore :
For our luxury residences in Canmore we are able to offer full refunds (less a 10% fee to cover administration and credit card fees) for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival (excluding Christmas / New Year bookings which require a minimum of 45 days notice of cancellation).

All other Properties :
Cancellations made greater then 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a 10% fee to cover administration and credit card fees.

Any reservation* canceled within 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund less 25% of the rental amount. *For Holiday Season (Christmas & New Year) bookings no refund will be issued for cancellations within 30 days.
Deposit Policy

A reservation deposit of 25% of full rental amount is required for all bookings. Full payment (or balance after reservation deposit) is required 60 days prior to arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $500 is required at least 7 days before your arrival date. This will be taken as an authorization on your credit card, this will be reversed / credited one week after your departure, once our cleaning service has verified that there is no damage and no excessive cleaning needed. (For Canmore & Mt Tremblant Properties all that is required is for the renter to present their card to reception upon arrival for a pre authorization).

The renter agrees to forfeit all, or part (a detailed description of monies due will be provided) of the damage deposit if any of the following agreement is breeched during my/our stay at the above property.

1. if pets are discovered to have been in the condo (unless the property allocated is designated pet friendly).
2. if smoking has been noticed in the condo or on the balconies or decks.
3. if the maximum occupancy limit has been exceeded without prior written permission.
4. if there are any complaints from the property management company regarding my/our conduct while in the condo. For the comfort of other guests loud noise or music should not continue past 11pm
5. if the condo has been discovered to be left unlocked at any time.
6. if there is an excessive amount of cleaning to be done following my/our visit, by the owners cleaning service. Other than laundry and obvious cleaning, the condo, contents of cupboards, furniture and other articles belonging to the condo, should be left as they were found upon my/our arrival. Please therefore ensure kitchen area is tidy and all kitchen utensils, plates, saucepans etc are put on wash cycle in dish washer.
7. if there is any damage to walls, furniture, fixtures, appliances, towels or sheets, a bill will be provided and this total will be deducted from the damage deposit

The renter understands and agrees that if rules 1-4 are broken, the renter and group will be required to leave immediately, forfeiting our allotted time, rent paid and there will be a $500 charge. In addition the total replacement cost of any damaged or broken items that exceeds the damage deposit value will be invoiced to and charged to the renters credit card.

Stayed here for spring skiing in March. Awesome choice which we would recommend to anyone. We had a family of 4 including 2 teenagers and they loved it. It gave us plenty of space while still feeling cozy. House was well appointed and the location truly is as good as they say...right on the main ski hill. It's also really close to the nordic centre which a 5 minute ski to. All round great place and the owners were a real treat to deal with. 2nd floor hot tub overlooking the ski hill at sunset...need we say more. Go stay here!

Fabulous ski to your door group getaway! Our families (6 to 70 years old!) stayed in 2 of the Sullivan Stone units and we loved our accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped and great for making meals for a group. The easy access to skiing allowed our keeners to get an early start and others to take a leisure pace. We loved soothing our sore muscles in the hot tub and enjoyed the warmth an ambience of the fireplace. This is our seconds stay and we will definitely be back again!

The condo has a perfect location at the base of the ski lift. It was great Excellent !! for the older children who were able to ski in, ski out and also for the little ones who wanted to play in the snow and toboggan just outside the door. The condo is very spacious, clean and well outfitted. It was a wonderful place to spend New Year's Eve with family. We would highly recommend this property.

Excellent service by the owner. A truly luxury condo situated on the hill. Able to walk out the back door and ski down to the base of the chair lift. Great outdoor hot tub; which is exactly what one needs at the end of the day.

Our family enjoyed two weeks of amazing skiing, excellent weather, a wonderful dinner at Village Bistro (make reservations first!) and great shopping in the lovely town of Kimberley. What really made our vacation special was our amazing accomodation! Nothing beats skiing out your back door or watching the night-time skiers from the comfort of your own, private hot tub!!!!!! Everything we needed was there, the condo was clean, bright and spacious, beds comfortable, the view of the Rockies -WOW! - our first time!!! The condo owner was friendly and very efficient with our booking. We will be back again next Christmas! Thanks!
